- We highly recommend that you read our FAQ before booking an appointment, and take a moment to look through our DESIGNER page for a full list of available styles.
- We get it, life happens! However, we are a small boutique store with limited appointment availability per day, so please take your fitting time seriously and cancel/reschedule your appointment in a timely manner if needed.
- There will be a $50 cancellation fee for no-shows, cancellations within 24 hours, and reschedules within 24 hours. All cancellation fees can be applied toward a future made-to-order gown purchase.
- When booking an appointment in Fitting Room 1 be aware that we can comfortably seat 3-4 guests. If you need more seating please leave a note in the comments section of this scheduling feature. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
- When booking an appointment in Fitting Room 2 there a 2 guests limit, no exceptions.
